  1. Initial consultation and needs analysis
We'll meet your company's key decision makers. Gather information regarding company needs, culture and vision. Gain a clear understanding of the position, the opportunity and the expectations of the position to be filled.

  2. Opportunity profile
We will develop an opportunity profile which describes the company culture, vision, organizational structure, the position, what is expected and what is to be accomplished, and what past accomplishments might relate to success in this position. We will gain an understanding of the 'personality' of the company to insure that their is a 'chemistry' fit. This profile will be used to advise prospective hires of the opportunity.

  3. Plan and timetable
We'll develop an overall plan and timetable for conducting your search.

  4. Research
Search our extensive data base of over 20,000 candidates for possible candidates and others who might provide leads. We then utilize our resource library, the internet and contact our vast network of industry contacts by mail, email and telephone as appropriate. If appropriate, advertise in trade magazines, business publications, association publications, and on the internet.

  5. Identification and screening of possible candidates
Through intensive telephone interviews, we will screen and evaluate candidates and select those who are qualified and motivated. We then conduct personal interviews with the selected candidates, evaluate each candidate's qualifications, motivation, and career goals for the best possible fit. Each of these people is evaluated against the client's position criteria, company culture, geography, and the compensation package.

  6. Candidate profile
This is developed by interviews and checking 5 to 10 references including supervisors, peers and subordinates to get a well-rounded picture of each candidate. A background check is conducted and all educational degrees verified. In some cases this must be done after client has indicated an interest in the candidate so as to protect candidate's confidentiality.

  7. Candidate presentation
The selected finalists are then presented for interviews with company executives. We will setup all interviews. After each interview, we will follow up with the candidate and with the client and will assist in any clarification, as needed. At this point, we can be helpful in finding out what the candidate needs to accept an offer.

  8. The Offer
Most of our clients ask for our assistance in arriving at a compensation package and in most cases, the client has us make the offer. The advantage of this is that as a 'go between' we are more apt to discover any concerns or hesitations on the part of the candidate.

  9. Follow thru
When the offer has been accepted we will stay in touch with the candidate and the client during the transition period and periodically for one year after start date. We are available to be sure that things are going well for both the client and the candidate.
